AUDREY OSBORNE

Audrey qualified in 2001 as a solicitor dealing solely in criminal defence. She has vast experience of representing clients at
both Magistrates¹ Courts and Police Stations. She has been police station accredited since 1999 and is a qualified Duty Solicitor.
Audrey is an experienced trial advocate, in both the Magistrates and Youth Courts, and is fast becoming our Youth Court specialist.
She has dealt with a wide range of Crown Court cases including offences such as murder; serious drugs offences including importation; robberies; sexual assaults and rape; a variety of dishonesty and deception offences from false accounting to fraud;
serious assaults such as Grievous Bodily Harm; possession of firearms and child neglect matters.
Audrey obtains good results for her clients, achieving acquittals at both the Magistrates and Crown Courts on a regular basis.
She is a persistent and persuasive negotiator, which often results in charges being dropped or the serious nature of the charge being reduced.
Audrey is a fierce advocate, who is dogged in her determination to obtain the best possible results for her clients; she is a
force to be reckoned with in Court, at the Police Station and in the office!
