MICHAEL HAYES

Michael is a consultant with the firm. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1974 after undertaking training at Richard Reid Solicitors in Sunderland. After stints with firms in Melksham and Winchester he opened his own practice, Michael Hayes & Co, in Eastleigh. He became a consultant with Hayes Burcombe & Co (Civil Law) LLP when his practice was incorporated into that Firm.
 
His specialisms include Property, Wills, Probate and Civil litigation. He has a strong local following in Eastleigh and the surrounding areas and has a reputation for no nonsense advice and representation. Michael has had some notable successes over the years in particular the landmark housing law decision Eastleigh Borough Council ­v- Walsh (1985).
