Supervising Family Solicitor
About the Role:-
This role would be well suited to an experienced lawyer looking for a new challenge. You will be responsible for a caseload of funded family work and supervising other fee-earners, so previous supervisory experience is an essential requirement of this role
Working within a highly skilled and reputable team, you will support the family department and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and updating precedents, developing training programmes and assisting fee earners with technical queries
There will also be the chance to take an active involvement in business development.

Commercially aware, you ensure that files are billed on time and strive to achieve department targets
You have a strong background in publicly family work; have supervisory experience, ideally you will be a member of the Law Society’s Family or Children Law Accreditation Scheme or a Resolution Accredited Specialist or have successfully completed Part I (core assignment) of the Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme.
Familiar with the online legal aid scheme (CCMS); have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible English;

- Salary range £30,000 – £50,000
